Corporate Registration
1) When will my 1515 service(s) be activated after I submit my registration?
1515's customer service officer will call you within 1 working day to confirm your details and advise you on the activation date.
2) Can I dial 1515 overseas?
Telcom1515 Biz and Telcom1515 Fax Premium services only allow you to make outgoing international calls from Singapore.
To use Telcom1515 service from overseas, please subscribe to our value-added services like Roam-4-Free.
3) How many lines can I register for 1515 services?
There is no limit to the number of lines you can register. You can register the numbers by
1) Login with your username and password and go to "My 1515 Service Info" to add / edit your numbers.
2) Email to sales@telcomunited.com
3) Call our hotline, 65-6343 1491. Our customer service officers will be able to assist you with the registration of numbers.
Rates
1) What is 30 by 6 seconds billing?
The minimum billing charge is 30 secs per call followed by a 6 secs incremental billing.
Eg: if you make an IDD call for a duration of 1 min 3 secs, you will be billed 1 min 6 secs.
Eg: if you make an IDD call for a duration of 20 secs, you will be billed 30 secs.
2) What shall I do if I cannot find the rates to a mobile prefix for some countries?
If the countries you are searching for do not include mobile rates, you can assume that the rates to the same destination's fixed line is the same as the rates to the destination's mobile prefix.
