1) What is 60 by 60 seconds billing?
The minimum billing charge is 60 secs per call followed by a 60 secs incremental billing.
Eg: if you make an IDD call for a duration of 1 min 35 secs, you will be billed 2 min

2) What shall I do if I cannot find the rates to a mobile prefix for some countries?
If the countries you are searching for do not include mobile rates, you can assume that the rates to the same destination's fixed line is the same as the rates to the destination's mobile prefix.
