Terms & Conditions
*The free 720 minutes of IDD talk time is only applicable to new corporate subscribers with a valid ROC. 720 free minutes is only applicable for calling Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, UK or USA/Canada. Free minutes are only valid for fixed line calls except for USA/Canada. Maximum 60 free minutes per destination. Prevailing rates apply from 61th minute onwards. To be eligible for the promotion, corporate subscribers must register for 1515 Biz Promo plan. For 1515 Super Saver sign-ups, you are entitled to 30 free minutes per destination. Free credit is only valid within 30 days from date of registration or within the activation month, whichever date expires first. Unused free minutes will automatically expire after expiry date. Free credit is not convertible to cash and non-transferable and not valid with other promotions, discounts and privileges. A change of IDD plan or termination of account or account overdue within the promotion period (which is 6 months from date of registration) will render the forfeiture of the promotion. Rates change without prior notice. Telcom1515 reserves the right to substitute the free 720 minutes worth of IDD talk time with other promotions, or revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The 1515 Referral Program is open to existing 1515 customers or invited customers only. The referred customers must be a new 1515 customer. The referred customer must sign up for 1515 Biz Promo plan with a valid ROC only. The 6% IDD bill waiver will be credited to your existing account with Telcom1515 and will be used to offset your current 1515 IDD usage. The 6% IDD bill waiver cannot be used to offset balance brought forward from previous 1515 invoices or any outstanding amount with Telcom1515. The 6% IDD bill waiver will be credited into your account upon full payment received from the referred customer(s) and is based on their nett 1515 IDD usage invoice amount. No rebates will be given on your referred customers' outstanding or partial payment received. The 6% IDD bill waiver / shopping voucher will be forfeited if you or your referred customer(s) terminate the account(s), and it will not be re-instated if you or your referred customer(s) re-activate your account(s). The 6% IDD bill waiver will last for 6 months, from your referred customers' date of registration. If your referred customer(s) fail to make full payment during this period, no rebates will be awarded to you. To redeem your 6% IDD bill waiver or shopping voucher, minimum IDD bill waiver amount / shopping voucher amount is S$10.00 provided you do not have outstanding payment with us. The 1515 Referral Program ends on 31 Dec 2010 and all rewards must be redeemed by 31 Dec 2010. Telcom1515 reserves the right to discontinue the promotion and revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All referred customers are subject to Telcom1515's approval.
