Upon signing up for Roam-4-Free, we will assign you a DDI number, which is a 8 digit telephone number.
Steps:
(1) Call Divert
- With this DDI number, simply divert your mobile number to this DDI number before boarding the plane / leaving Singapore.
- To divert, go to your phone settings, and use "Divert Always" or "Divert All Calls" depending on your phone model.
- Key in the DDI number (without 65, which is Singapore's country code)

(2) At Destination Country
- Purchase a native SIM card (which is a local prepaid card that has a SIM for you to put into your mobile phone).
- After you know your native mobile number, simply

(3) How to make outgoing calls?
Using your mobile with your native SIM inside, call your DDI number (include +65) and disconnect call upon hearing the 1st ring. Telcom1515's Roam-4-Free system will automatically call you back on your native mobile number, and prompt you to enter a destination number. Upon entering the number, our system will connect your call immediately.
